About the event

Holding space for people to feel open and vulnerable is a privaledge. In this tough world we sometimes do not get the chance to have those releases. Come join our small group session to explore that release.

Joy, passion, grief, heartbreak, strength, happiness, sadness...

You do not need experience and if this is your first time I will guide you completely. I offer a 10min call prior to booking if you want to set your mind at ease.

What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?

It is a specific breathing pattern that is done over a 40/60 minute period to unlock our subconscious feelings to help release them. Throughout the whole breathe you are in control of the pace and how deep you want the session to be. I am here to guide you, offer touched support if allowed and hold a space for you to truly let go of things you aren’t capable of in the conscious mind. Setting things free, to create space for other beautiful things.

Why do you do breathwork?

I personally do breathwork as it is the best thing I have found to be truly clear headed. This is a control I have and that I can organise how I release my feelings. People as we move through life hold onto feelings and trauma differently, but how they show up in our life is very much the same. These can be anxiety, depression, anger, stomach issues, bad sleep and generally a full disconnection to yourself. Breathwork taps in to unlock those traumas and stuck feelings. It allows us to release them in a controlled way under the guidance and support of a qualified facilitator. That's me, Louise!

Letting go and acknowledging things in your life that do not serve you is powerful and moving.

What will happen?

At my studio I can only have a maximum of 4 people, so the room is cosy and private. We will all come in and you will pick a spot, where there will be a mat, cushion and blanket. But you are more than welcome to bring anything you might want to for comfort.

I will run through the session and breathe, if there is a theme for that session. I will have created a special playlist for this breathe and I will guide you through every step of the process. I always start the session with a 10min meditation and end it with time for integration and any shares the group may have.

During the breathe we sometimes release emotions, so crying and laughter are common. Every process is welcome, this is a space for you to be vulnerable and be held for guidance through that.
