In the UK, corporate sickness continues to be a major concern, particularly in relation to mental health. In the most recent reporting period, around 1.9 million workers experienced work related ill health. Just over half of these cases were attributed to stress, anxiety or depression, meaning approximately 960,000 people were affected by work related mental health conditions.
During this same period, an estimated 40 million working days were lost due to work related ill health and injury. Stress related absence remains one of the leading causes of long term sickness, highlighting the growing impact of unmanaged pressure and nervous system strain within the workplace.
Louise Mortimer
With over 15 years of experience in the high level sales, Louise knows firsthand the
pressures of corporate life. After navigating the demands of a high-paced career while battling her own struggles with anxiety and depression, she discovered the transformative power of holistic health practices.

This journey led her to develop a passion for expanding stress capacity and burnout prevention. Using all these modalities not just for herself but for others in similar environments.

Now a dedicated wellness expert, Louise brings her no-nonsense, science-backed approach to corporate wellbeing.
Through bespoke breathwork sessions, contrast therapy and tailored wellbeing programs, she empowers individuals and teams to reclaim their mental resilience and find balance in the workplace. It all starts from each individual person to create a positive ripple effect into companies culture and commnuity structure.
