1:1 Sessions
1:1 Conscious Connected
A private, immersive session using Conscious Connected Breathwork to access altered states of consciousness. This is a space for deep emotional understanding, clarity and nervous system reset. Whether you’re processing something heavy, seeking insight or simply need space to feel, this is for you. You’ll be guided through an intentional breath journey tailored to your needs with integration support so you don’t just ‘visit’ yourself, you move forward in a strong direction of understanding.
1:2 Conscious Connected
A shared session for partners or friends, looking to deepen connection, heal or simply explore expanded states together. Conscious Connected Breathwork in a paired setting can reveal relational patterns, open up compassion and strengthen emotional presence. You’ll breathe individually but be witnessed together, with guided reflection and support to help you integrate the experience side-by-side.

1:1 PAUSE
Using a functional style of breathwork to down regulate your nervous system. Designed to help you pause when the world won’t. When you’re struggling to regulate, overwhelmed, or finding it hard to slow down, this space meets you there.
Using breath, presence and (where consented) grounding touch, you’ll access deeper rest and walk away with practical, personal tools to support ongoing regulation. Be held in moments of high stress, burnout, or emotional flooding.
