1:1 Sessions

 

To maintain a respectful and effective working relationship, please note the following cancellation terms:

• All 1:1 sessions require a minimum of 7 days notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

• Rescheduling a session made with more than 7 days notice will be done at no additional cost.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged in full.

• Rescheduling sessions within 48hours can be done so with the charge of £65

• No-shows will not eligible for rescheduling.

• Two no-shows will mean you can no longer book back in.

• Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still finish at the agreed end time.

 

This policy is in place to protect the time and energy I reserve for your session and to honour the availability for other clients
 

 

Group Sessions

 

(Applies to group workshops, away days, corporate sessions, and freelance work)

 

To ensure clarity and protect both parties when booking group work, the following terms apply:

 

• More than 14 days’ notice: full refund, minus deposit.

• 7–14 days’ notice: 50% of the agreed fee is payable.

• Less than 7 days’ notice: the full fee is payable.

• If materials, travel or venue bookings have already been secured in advance, any unrecoverable costs will be billed accordingly.

• In the event I am unable to deliver the session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness or emergency), every effort will be made to reschedule at a mutually convenient time. If rescheduling is not possible, no fee will be charged.

• A signed agreement or confirmation of work (via email or contract) acts as acceptance of these terms.

 

These terms ensure that all freelance work is held with professionalism and clarity, while respecting the time, planning, and preparation that goes into every group experience.

Creating SPXCE Coaching Program

 

Creating SPXCE is a personalised coaching programme. Your space within the programme, preparation time and ongoing support are reserved specifically for you throughout the agreed coaching period.

 

To ensure clarity and commitment from both sides, the following terms apply.

Payment

 

• A non refundable deposit of £500 is required to secure your place on the programme.

 

• The remaining balance must be paid in full before the programme begins.

 

• All payment plans must be completed within the agreed timeframe and schedule. 

 

• Missed or late payments will result in coaching program being moved to a later start date or cancelled.

 

Scheduling

 

• Coaching sessions are arranged in advance and require a minimum of 7 days’ notice to reschedule.

 

• Sessions rescheduled with more than 7 days’ notice will incur no additional charge.

 

• Sessions rescheduled within 48 hours will incur a £65 administration fee.

 

• Sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be forfeited.

 

• Sessions begin and finish at the agreed time. If you arrive late, the session will still conclude at the scheduled end time.

 

Programme Commitment

 

• The programme is designed as a complete coaching journey rather than a collection of individual sessions. Consistency and engagement are essential to achieving meaningful outcomes.

 

• If you choose to withdraw after the programme has commenced, all payments already made are non refundable and any remaining balance under the agreed payment plan remains payable.

 

• If you decide to withdraw before the programme begins, the deposit will be retained to cover programme preparation, onboarding, planning, administration and the reservation of coaching time. Any remaining unpaid balance will be cancelled unless otherwise agreed.

 

• Should you become unable to continue due to exceptional circumstances, please discuss this as early as possible. Any decisions regarding pauses or alternative arrangements remain at the discretion of The SPXCE.

 

Communication

 

• WhatsApp support is available throughout the programme during the working hours of 8am - 4pm.

 

• Messages will be responded to as soon as reasonably possible, typically within one working days. Coaching support is not an emergency service.

 

Missed Sessions

 

• Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be treated as a no show and the session will be forfeited.

 

• Two no shows may result in the remainder of the coaching programme being cancelled without refund.

 

Coach Commitment

 

If, due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or emergency, I am unable to deliver a scheduled session, every effort will be made to rearrange the session at a mutually convenient time. Your coaching programme will be extended where appropriate to ensure you receive the agreed level of support.

 

By written confirmion of accepting your place on the programme or paying your deposit or signing a coaching agreement, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
