Service Description

This is your first step to booking a 1:1 or 1:2 breathwork program or session. In this call i will make sure you have all the details to make an informed decision about if I am the facilitator for you. Nerves are sometimes a big part of this, just know everything is welcome and I am here to support you moving forward. There is absolutely no obligation from this call, if this isn't for you, I respect that choice. This is for us to have an informal discussion around my breathwork practice, so you can be fully informed on how I can support you. We can also delve into why you want to come to me. I will run through what happens on the session and programs I run. This will give you options to go away and have a think about what route you would like to take. It also gives me the awareness of how to navigate your bespoke program and how I meet you where you are at. If this is a 1:2 both people involved must be on the call please. No prior knowledge needed on breathwork, I will make sure you are fully informed as much as you need to embark on this journey. Any questions you want to bring to this call is welcome.
