Service Description
This is your first step into working with me on a 1:1 basis. Nerves are sometimes a big part of this process, just know everything is welcome and I am here to support you moving forward. There is absolutely no obligation from this call, if this isn't for you, I respect that choice. This is for us to have an informal discussion around my the breathwork practices I use, so you can be fully informed on how I can support you. We can also delve into why you want to come work with me. I run through what happens on the session and programs I run. This will give you options to go away and have a think about what route you would like to take. It also gives me the awareness of how to navigate your bespoke program and how I meet you where you are at. No prior knowledge needed on breathwork, we start with whatever foundation you have currently. Any questions you want to bring to this call is welcome.
Cancellation Policy
REFUND POLICY All services and sessions with SPXCE are designed with care, time and preparation. Every booking reserves a place that cannot be offered to someone else once it is confirmed. For this reason all purchases are non refundable. If you are unable to attend a session you may move your booking to another available date if you give a minimum of forty eight hours notice. Any request made inside this window cannot be moved or transferred. Programmes, workshops and courses are also non refundable once the journey has begun. This protects the integrity of the work and ensures that the community and container remain consistent from start to finish. In the rare case that SPXCE needs to cancel or change a session you will be offered a new date or a full refund. This policy is in place to create clarity for everyone involved and to ensure the work remains grounded, consistent and respected.
