This 1:2 session catered to couples or close friends. Working on things together or wanting to experience this breathwork practice side by side. All while having someone you love and trust to witness the evolution of your healing journey and be by your side. Louise pulls on a full spectrum of breath to regulate and ground the nervous system. Leading to your conscious connected breath, which allows you to drop into a space to find resolution to parts of us that hold us back.
