THE SPXCE
1:1 CCB
This session is about coming to center, establishing internal safety and creating clarity.
Service Description
A space to reconnect with yourself, explore what's beneath the surface and meet yourself with greater awareness. How often do you give yourself the space to stop, feel and truly listen to what's happening within you? When you're constantly thinking, overanalysing, pushing through or carrying emotions you haven't had the opportunity to process, it can become difficult to recognise what you actually need. Conscious Connected Breathwork offers an opportunity to turn your attention inwards. We begin by creating a foundation of safety, building awareness of your nervous system and helping you feel supported within the space. From here, I'll guide you through a conscious connected breathing practice, using a continuous, circular rhythm to explore deeper layers of physical sensation, emotion and self-awareness. Your experience will be entirely your own. You may notice emotions, physical sensations, memories or patterns of thought. You may experience moments of clarity, release or stillness. There is no expectation to reach a particular outcome, and I'll be there to guide and support you throughout. This work invites you to become curious about yourself. Your capacity and how you meet life. The patterns you've developed. The ways you've learnt to cope. The emotions you've struggled to express. The parts of yourself you may have lost connection with along the way. With greater awareness comes the opportunity to make different choices, develop your capacity to experience difficult emotions and respond to life with more intention. A chance to put down what you've been carrying, reconnect with your body and give yourself permission to simply be. If you're curious about whether this work is right for you, book a complimentary discovery call. We can explore where you are, what you're experiencing and how I may be able to support you. Please note: Conscious Connected Breathwork is not suitable for everyone. Contraindications apply and a waiver must be completed before participating.
