We want to meet you all!!

We are passionate about women getting together and meeting new people. Community is big for both of us and we understand the importance of women getting together and sharing energy when we need it the most.

Louise will lead a beautifully relaxating breathe and then we dip as a community! Nic will go through water access and safety if you haven't been before.

There can sometimes be a walk involved to get to swim locations. These will vary and we will try our best to keep them as assessable as possible.

Louise does have limited socks, if you don't have them and want to try before you buy. Message her directly after booking to claim.

We create a very comfortable space for you to explore getting out of your comfort zone and will be supported in entry to the water. Whatever your experience, it's met with respect and we see your courage! You’re amazing!

All location details and directions are sent after the booking and the day before. If you book and can’t come, please let us know. We will always understand, but if you let us know we can offer the spots out. As we limit numbers for safety in certain spots.
