About the event

Whatever place you're at you are welcome at my breathwork classes! Working through things, wanting more energy and needing to release pent up stress. Emotions are welcome, being vulnerable is celebrated and I always invite you to be, exactly who you want to be the moment you join us!

Let’s create some energy and shift things within us.

We sometimes do not get the chance to take time for ourselves. Here I'm giving you the opportunity to come breathe into you own personal spxce just for you.

If you are looking to reconnect with yourself, please come join us. Release tension, delve into your subconscious, feel into the body and move forward into the life you wish to live. Let's release everything that no longer serves us.

This is an all round session combining brwathwork, sharing circle and journaling. Sharing isn’t compulsory, you can be an observer until you’re called to. It’s just an invitation to be seen with what you’re going through with strength and confidentiality to an understanding group.

Come and breathe with the group, guided throughout.

IT IS ALL WELCOME HERE ✨

No experience needed and if this is your first time I will guide you completely. Simply have an open mind and no expectations.

Don't be shy to ask, we were all new to something once, I'm always here to answer questions.

What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?

Conscious connected breathwork is an unbelievably underrated modality of holistic healing. This is an open mouth breathing pattern that is done over a 40/60 minute period to activate the body to stimulate altered states of consciousness. This technique is breathWORK, leaving the depth of experience explore in your inhales and exhales. This can be as gentle or as deep as you'd like to go. As you come to breathe more and experience through the journey, your able to drop into the body more and more.

If you've felt like you're carrying something you wish to let go of and truly move on. Or if you're feeling a bit lost and disconnected from yourself. This session could be what you need!! Breathe life into the new version of you.

Why do breathwork?

Breathwork is the best thing you can navigate yourself to be truly clear headed. This is a tool you use to have ownership of when and how you release your feelings and emotions. As we move through life everyone holds onto feelings and trauma differently, but how they show up in your life is very much the same. This can be anxiety, depression, anger, stomach issues, bad sleep and generally a full disconnection to yourself and your mind. Creating an uncomfortability in the body. Breathwork is adapted to your advantage, a huge tool for you. It can tap in to unlock those traumas and stuck feelings you wish to finally leave behind. It helps us down regulate our nervous system to lead a less anxious and stressed life.. Powerful practice to connect with yourself.

It is the most under utilised tool of the 21st century.

  • A mat - but bring your own if you wish.
  • Blankets and bolsters

What you need to bring?

  • A bottle of water
  • An eye mask (not necessary but if you want to try deepen the experience)
  • Journal and pen
  • Lungs
  • Open mind
  • Any extra comfort items you may wish to ease you into the session.
