I think summer solstice is one of my fave days of the year. The split of the year excites me way more than NYE. Let's reflect and project what we want from 2024!

On this evening we will dance, journal, breathe, dip and eat. Be alongside likeminded women.

Let's honour who we are as women and gather together in community to be seen and heard.

I'll be guiding 2 separate breathes for us to ground into the session and then delve into our bodies to work through our journey. Wherever you're at, be joined by other likeminded women on their own journey. Let's stand with each other and tilt ourselves into the sun.

After breathing we will dip and then eat some food. There will be a veggie feast and bbq, maybe a cake

This really is a Friday not to miss.

I want to hear your stories, hug you, see your eyes and guide you back to yourself.

The venue is tbc, but it will be no more than 45mins from Leeds.

If you don't drive, please message me, I will be putting together a buddy system. As I know public transport is sometimes an issue with the type of venues I use. I do not want this to limit your ability to come along and join in.

I'm here if you have any questions you may want to ask. I'd like you as prepared and open minded for this evening if you've never been to one before.

These sessions are to stand alongside strong women when you don't feel strong. To be heard if you haven't felt listened to. To be vulnerable if you don't get the opportunity to.

Grief, joy, hope, happiness and anxiety. All welcome and given the opportunity to be felt. Even if you don't have the words to share, being in community is powerful.

I want to see you for whoever you wish to be. Let's breathe into being who we are made to be! It's your time.
