Breathwork session in nature, location is given the day before and is always no further than 30mins from LS1

We may be by the river, in the woods or next to a lake.. The adventure is part of the experience... Were going 90's rave style on location, it's a secret until the day before.... 

I love mornings, especialy sunrise and although we may not see the dark to light with the summer days coming. We will get to bask in the rays and listen to the birds throughout the breathe.

All levels of breathers welcome, I will guide all new breathers from start to finish. Come let me hold space for you, leave the busy world behind and embrace the wildness and beauty of being in nature.
