Breathwork is changing people’s lives, I want to show you how!

We sometimes do not get the chance to take time for ourselves. Here I'm giving you the opportunity to come breathe into you own personal spxce. The deep rest you need and deserve to take!

If you are  looking to connect with yourself, deeply and authentically. Louise with show you how to connect and manage your emotions and deal with overwhelmed. Here you will release tension and stress. Create a pause of the thinking mind and feel into your body. Removing attachments and finding direction or clarity.

IT IS ALL WELCOME HERE ✨

No experience needed and if this is your first time I will guide you completely. Simply have an open mind and no expectations. One inhale and exhale at a time.

What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?

Conscious connected breathwork is an unbelievably underrated holistic modality of healing. This is an open mouth breathing pattern that is done over a 40/60 minute period to explore our subconscious. This technique is definitely breathWORK, leaving the depth of experience had in your inhales and exhales. Guided every step of the way by Louise, if you’re new to this breathing technique you will be given everything needed.

If you've felt like you're carrying something you wish to let go of and truly move on. Or if you're feeling a bit lost and disconnected from yourself. This session could be what you need!!

The session includes a 10minute meditation at the start to ground you, pausing the day/month/year and focusing only on you. Moving into a conscious  connected breathe, integration time to be still with yourself and the space you have created. Time to journal after and process what has come up.

Once we have finished I will always give you the opportunity to share in the chat and be heard.

Why do you do breathwork?

I personally do breathwork as it is the best thing I have found to be truly clear headed. This is tool I use to have ownership of when and how I release my feelings and emptions. People as we move through life hold onto feelings and trauma differently, but how they show up in our life is very much the same. These can be anxiety, depression, anger, stomach issues, bad sleep and generally a full disconnection to yourself and your mind. Breathwork can be adapted to your advantage, a huge tool for you. It can tap in to unlock those traumas and stuck feelings you wish to finally leave behind. It helps us down regulate our nervous system to lead a less anxious and stressed life..

  • A mat - but bring your own if you wish.
  • Blankets and bolsters 
  • A strong spxce for you to be open
  • All the guidance and tools you'll need to have a transformative experience

What you need to bring?

  • A bottle of water
  • Journal for after  (Again, not necessary but get the thoughts out and into paper)
  • Lungs
  • Open mind
