We are going to start and end the party with us breathing together. New or old to this practice we I will guide you through it at whatever pace you choose. I'll be teaching you a technique to take away into your life, to manage stressful moments and even help you sleep better. This is my gift to you!
I will have us all a mini craft to do and a little journalling exercise!
