Join me at a private venue near Bedale to immerse yourself in nature and be guided through this 4 hour workshop.

Starting with a meditation in the private woodland, where we will fully ground into the session and where we start our journal journey.

We will then move to the waled garden where our workshop tent awaits. I will run through the dynamics of the breath and what our body will go through during a breathe. I will guide you through the whole process and we will share and journal afterwards. Shares are always confidential and optional. This is a group dynamic and I will show you the power of community sharing and the release in knowing you are not alone.

With the option of river dip or cold water tank, we will expose ourselves to the ulitmate stressor. THE COLD! With the amazing breath tools we will learn, you will conquer this experience with ease. The power of the mind is tested and I will show you how to win. Staying calm in a stressor situation is incredibly powerful, gaining strength and control over your nervous system to transfer your new power into your daily life.

Breathwork, I believe, is the foundation to all mindful practice and within this session I will explain how we can reach a calmer state, by down regulating your nervous system. Giving you 2 exercises to add into your daily life to manage through stressful or anxious moments.
