This 12-week program provides a grounded and practical framework for nervous system regulation, breathwork and somatic awareness. Specifically designed for those wanting a deeper connection to self and leaning into a healing journey. This course moves through three distinct phases: Awareness, Depth, and Integration. You will learn to identify your physiological stress responses, build internal safety through diaphragmatic breathing and establish sustainable daily habits that support long-term resilience. The curriculum focuses on building the capacity to remain present during life challenges rather than seeking short-term relief or temporary distractions.
