Creating SPXCE is a wrap around 1:1 coaching program for individuals wanting to navigate change in their life. Stuck in the loop and needing to separate from the noise.

It's easily actionable, implemented smoothly into your life and supported throughout at every stage.

 

Together, we will identify the underlying causes of your stress and address them through a multi-modality approach. This process integrates breathwork, sometimes cold exposure, mindfulness and somatic movement to give you a comprehensive toolkit that adapts to your unique needs and lifestyle.

The results are built from consistent daily practice, deep exploration and sustainable habits.

Finding your purpose, direction and freedom in this bespoke approach to your wellbeing.
