Gentle down regulation session designed to help you find inner calm and balance in a busy world. Taking the time to dedicate time just for you. Whether you're struggling to rest, dealing with change or feeling overwhelmed. This hour offers a much-needed nervous system reset and understanding of what you need in these moments. Dive deep into your body, disconnect from your mind and discover true relaxation. We will test the breath and the session is then catered for your exact needs and desired outcome. Experience a supportive environment where you can freely express your thoughts and emotions, allowing for a profound sense of relief. Louise is not a therapist, but being seen and heard in your experience is more than enough in these moments. No need to do anything but BE with this moment. Louise uses grounding touch on these sessions, this is consented and optional. The session can also be silent, if you do not want to share anything, we can breathe and ground with whatever you are comfortable with. Leave feeling grounded and more centered.
Cancellation Policy
REFUND POLICY All services and sessions with SPXCE are designed with care, time and preparation. Every booking reserves a place that cannot be offered to someone else once it is confirmed. For this reason all purchases are non refundable. If you are unable to attend a session you may move your booking to another available date if you give a minimum of forty eight hours notice. Any request made inside this window cannot be moved or transferred. Programmes, workshops and courses are also non refundable once the journey has begun. This protects the integrity of the work and ensures that the community and container remain consistent from start to finish. In the rare case that SPXCE needs to cancel or change a session you will be offered a new date or a full refund. This policy is in place to create clarity for everyone involved and to ensure the work remains grounded, consistent and respected.
